DATABASE SEARCH & SELECTION

We have an exclusive database that specialises in senior management staff. We use this as the first stage of our search. Information is regularly updated in our system and utilised as the first stage of our search when new positions are registered with us. We are cognisant of using this information within the Privacy Act.

NETWORKING

We network through our vast array of industry contacts in combination with utilising our database to source talented and experienced people for our clients.

ADVERTISING

We advertise regularly in a broad range of media, including newspapers & trade magazines in Australia, NZ and the UK – along with various internet sites.  Our own website may also display key roles from time to time.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Senior level assignments we approach strategically. We may directly approach targeted candidates – often in combination with the above techniques. The approach used is tailored for each client and their requirement.
